Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst with experience in new manufacturing plant setup and S4 Hana implementation. The role involves facilitating and leading SAP cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and lead SAP cross-functional teams of business owners, product management, software development, system architects, SQA, and other key stakeholders.
- Evaluate business processes and systems, and lead solution definition (workflow, technology, data, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives.
- Manage changes to solution requirements, assess the impact of requirement changes, and ensure appropriate approval of those changes.
- Quickly understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and systems capabilities, and present solution options.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the provided solution meets business acceptance.
Required Skills:- Business Analysis
- S4 Hana Implementation experience
- Functional expertise in SAP modules: PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industry), MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Chemical manufacturing experience to capture requirements/characteristics related to chemical components for the manufacturing of plastic moulding
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience required
