The Senior SAP Application Developer is responsible for SAP S/4 HANA development and architecture, with a strong focus on technical solutions and system integration. In this role you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, coaching and mentoring the SAP S/4 HANA Developers. Given our global presence, this role requires effective collaboration with teams in the US, Europe and APAC.
This position is part of the SAP Center of Excellence team and will be located remotely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors across the US, APAC, and Europe to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems and end-to-end solutions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging SAP S/4 HANA technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and technical excellence.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP development, with 2 years of working experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, Fiori, SAP BTP, C-ALM and other SAP development tools.
- Experience working with global teams, particularly in the US, APAC and Europe.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- SAP S4HANA Transformation project and Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience in leading an ABAP team
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:- Ability to travel up to 15%, including occasional overnight and limited international travel, as business needs require.

The annual salary range for this role is
$160,000 - $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
