Full Job Description
Salesforce Developer

As our Salesforce Developer, you will own the development and administration of a Salesforce environment supporting more than 350 users across multiple departments. You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and automation while translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You'll also help maintain a clean, high-performing Salesforce ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale the platform.
Accountable For
  • Configure Lightning prototypes and demos.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Design and develop standard and custom components in the Lightning framework.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for building scalable solutions.
  • Understand company demands and translate them into design specifications.
  • Serve as primary system administrator/developer for the Salesforce environment with over 350 users and multiple department-specific platforms.
  • Housekeeping tasks to keep the org clean and organized.

Your Skills
  • 5 years minimum experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I and II, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience developing page layouts user permissions, object, and data permissions.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Experience with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages/Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with refactoring automation. (Workflow Rules, Process builders, etc.)
  • Ability to understand large amounts of data and translate into graphs and charts.
  • Able to plan, build, test and deploy new integrations.
