About The Job You're Considering

  • Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Sales / Business Development Executive to grow and manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Communication Service Providers and mobile network operators across North America.
  • This role is focused on driving revenue growth by shaping go-to-market strategies and expanding Capgemini Engineering's footprint within the CSP ecosystem.
  • You will work closely with executive-level stakeholders, positioning Capgemini Engineering as a trusted partner for complex engineering, digital, and R&D initiatives.
  • The role places you at the forefront of industry transformation, engaging with wireless, wireline, and converged network operators on next-generation technologies.
  • You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, influencing client roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes.


Your Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans tailored to large North American CSPs and mobile network operators.
  • Drive new business growth by positioning Capgemini Engineering's engineering, digital, and R&D capabilities through consultative and value-based selling.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXO, VP, and Director-level executives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning Capgemini Engineering solutions with client business objectives, technology roadmaps, and industry trends.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities through account mining, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead client engagements including executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and thought-leadership discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery, solution, and engineering teams to ensure successful pursuits, execution excellence, and client satisfaction.


Your Skills And Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of proven success in business development or sales within the CSP domain.
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a complex, technical, or engineering-led sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of mobile network operators, telecom infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across the CSP landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Experience selling or delivering solutions involving emerging technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, OSS/BSS modernization, Private Networks, Fixed Wireless Access, Open RAN, cloud-native architectures, or enterprise telecom solutions.
  • High-energy, results-driven mindset with a strong "go-getter" attitude and a relentless passion for winning and growing accounts.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $233,248/year

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
