Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
7 Years of Relevant Experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales
Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation
Global experience which includes cross collaboration with functional teams and senior leadership
Proficiency in MEDDPICC

What will you be doing in this role?
Implement advanced sales enablement programs and strategies to drive sales performance.
Partner with sales team to align enablement initiatives with overall sales strategy and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement planning and resources.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage cross-functional projects to integrate enablement resources and initiatives across departments.
Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement programs and make recommendations to drive sales productivity and performance.
Create, build, and deliver learning and coaching assets tailored to the needs of the sales team.
Develop programs to improve seller skills, track skill improvement and align to success profiles.
Lead onboarding of new sellers.
Ensure implementation of live sales events, including Sales Kick Offs.
Deliver live training events as required.
About the Team
We are a small and dedicated global team driving sales enablement at scale, increasing the deal size and value across the sales community.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week.
