We're seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Consultant with a strong background in networking or network infrastructure technology to lead, facilitate, and optimize sales enablement programs across the revenue organization. You will design and deliver scalable programs that improve seller performance, reduce ramp time, and drive process efficiency through strategic enablement initiatives.

This role blends instructional facilitation, cross-functional leadership, sales process improvement, and project/program ownership to create a best-in-class field readiness experience.

What you will do:

Enablement Program Leadership:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales onboarding, product training, and ongoing development programs tailored to networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, cloud networking, etc.).
  • Build and execute enablement plans aligned with product launches, go-to-market motions, and strategic account selling.

Facilitation & Training:
  • Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions focused on sales methodology, competitive messaging, product storytelling, and technical solution selling.
  • Coach reps and SEs on complex deal positioning, objection handling, and buyer alignment.
  • Drive certifications and enablement paths using Revenue Enablement platforms, LMS and role-based simulations.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to gather field needs and coordinate enablement delivery.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on sales motions, sales stage definitions, and messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leaders to ensure enablement is aligned with KPIs and GTM goals.

Sales Process Optimization:
  • Partner with sales operations and RevOps to improve sales workflows in Salesforce or CRM platforms.
  • Support adoption of methodologies like Challenger, Blue Ocean and MEDDPICC.
  • Integrate sales process best practices into tools (e.g., Highspot, Outreach, Zoominfo, Salesforce).

Project & Program Management:
  • Own key enablement initiatives and workstreams from planning through execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Establish feedback loops to iterate on program design based on performance data and field input.


The skills you bring:

Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, program management, or technical sales in the networking or enterprise infrastructure space
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, especially for technical and consultative audiences
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitation expertise and / or certifications of sales methodologies including Challenger, MEDDPICC, Blue Ocean, etc.
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, LMS tools, and enablement content hubs (Highspot, Cornerstone, etc.)

Preferred:
  • Experience in the networking industry (OEM, VAR, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, cloud networking)
  • Background in working with Strategic Sellers, Sales Engineers or Technical Sellers
  • Project management or enablement certifications (CSEP, ATD, etc.)
  • Exposure to call coaching platforms (e.g., Gong, Chorus)

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position is:
  • NATIONAL MARKET: $115,200 - $172,800
  • PREMIUM MARKET: $124,400 - $186,600
  • BAY AREA MARKET: $136,000 - $204,000
