The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations team at Euna Solutions is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the reporting, forecasting, and compensation numbers that go-to-market leaders use to run the business: bookings and attainment, win rates, pipeline health, retention, and the commission payouts calculated against them. You will be one of two analysts on this function, with clear coverage ownership and a direct line to leadership output reviewed by the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. If you want to build deep expertise in a revenue analytics and compensation function with real visibility into how the business performs, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own standing sales and Customer Success reporting: bookings versus plan, win rates, deal cycle trends, pipeline coverage, GRR, NRR, and churn, cut by segment, team, vertical, and solution
  • Answer the follow-up question behind every number: what changed, for whom, and what the gap is worth
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commission, bonus, and SPIFF payouts against attainment on a fixed close calendar, reconciling compensation and bookings records before handing off to Finance
  • Run the weekly and monthly forecast cycle: collect submissions, reconcile against Salesforce, manage snapshots, and flag variances by rep, director, and segment
  • Support capacity, quota, and territory planning with attainment distributions, payout cost scenarios, and territory balance analysis
  • Document metric definitions, calculation logic, and source fields so a number reads the same wherever it appears, and work with GTM Systems to resolve data quality issues

What You Bring
  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales finance, FP&A, or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong Salesforce reporting capability: building reports and dashboards, with a working understanding of how GTM data is typically structured
  • Excel or Google Sheets modeling built from scratch, including scenario and cohort analysis
  • You can explain your methodology, your source, and your assumptions clearly when a number gets questioned

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Exposure to sales compensation, quota, or territory work in a B2B SaaS environment with a subscription and renewal motion
  • Public sector or GovTech experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or hands-on use of AI tooling for analytical work

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office. (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

Here's what that actually looks like:

How we workWe're hybrid - three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side. 🧘 Eunafier DaysTwice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. We think recharging is part of doing good work - not a reward for it. Use it however you need. 🙌 Community is part of who we areOur Engagement Committee finds meaningful ways to give back through time, donations, and shared expertise. We're invested in the places where our people actually live and work. Philanthropy TimeWe give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community - and we make time for it. Real connection at scaleYou won't know all 600+ people - and that's okay. What matters is building real relationships with the people you work with every day. Our culture team creates consistent opportunities for that, so work doesn't feel isolating. Room to growWhether you're going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development - through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you're ready.
