*Team*Working as part of a global Revenue Enablement team across EMEA and the US, you will help build and scale a fast-growing SaaS revenue organization.
The team is focused on building a scalable enablement function following multiple acquisitions. The goal is to help sales teams successfully sell across a growing portfolio of products and sales motions.
In this role, you will work closely with Revenue Leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams. Together, you will drive onboarding, enablement programs, and AI initiatives across the organization.
You will join a high-performance team with strong leadership support, where enablement plays a key role in driving growth. Rather than stepping into a fully established system, you will help shape how enablement is built across the combined organization. This includes improving ramp time, supporting rep performance, and turning AI into practical tools for daily sales execution.
*Missions*- As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, your mission is to elevate the performance of the entire revenue organization by equipping our revenue teams with the skills, tools, and frameworks they need to succeed quickly and consistently.
- Own onboarding and ramp programs by designing and delivering scalable onboarding experiences that enable new hires to become productive within 2-4 weeks and quickly start generating pipeline and revenue.
- Lead role-specific enablement for SDRs, AEs, or AMs by partnering with team leads to build end-to-end, lifecycle enablement programs that continuously improve rep performance across the funnel.
- Drive strategic enablement initiatives in the context of mergers and organizational change by helping unify enablement across multiple products, customer segments, and sales motions into scalable systems and processes.
- Lead AI enablement initiatives by identifying high-impact use cases, aligning stakeholders, and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve rep productivity, coaching, and overall revenue effectiveness.
*Skills*- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related role within B2B SaaS
- Prior experience in B2B sales (SDR, AE, or AM) strongly preferred
- Sales coaching experience preferred, with ability to coach reps and support managers in building high-performing teams
- Proven ability to design and scale onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time and rep productivity
- Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing or changing environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge thinking, and drive alignment across sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and implementing AI-driven workflows in a revenue environment
- Strong project management skills, with ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and measure enablement ROI
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias for execution in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points- Language skills: Additional French and/or German language skills are a plus.
