Main Responsibilities:
Review and analyze complex customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606
Serve as a technical revenue accounting subject matter expert, researching and documenting complex revenue recognition issues and providing guidance on ASC 606 application and accounting treatment.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close activities, and commissions accounting close activities and deliverables (recons, revenue dashboards & reporting, revenue reserves, flux)
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
Prepare revenue related reports for financial statement disclosures
Lead or support the implementation and migration of revenue accounting systems
Collaborate to define systems requirements and ensure alignment with accounting policies
Perform systems testing, validation and user training for new implementations or enhancements
Interface with internal and external audit on revenue related issues, support US GAAP audit and maintain SOX control documentation
Desired Skills and Experience:
3‐5 years of experience in revenue accounting role in SAAS technology or subscription-based industry
Public accounting or public company experience required, CPA a plus
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
Proficiency using the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module in multi-currencies and multi-Subsidiaries environment
Experience in Power BI, Salesforce CRM, and RevPro a plus
System Implementation and UAT experience (NetSuite, RevPro) preferred
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE
$83,000 - $138,000The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
