Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? The primary purpose of the Senior Research Specialist, Product Development and Research, is to identify, design, and develop new investment products across Canada, the US, and other key regions. This role combines market research, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive our product portfolio forward.
What will you do? - Market Research & Analysis: Research existing and emerging investment products and regulatory developments in domestic and international markets
- Product Design & Development: Design, test and develop new investment products across all disciplines (e.g. traditional, alternative, tax-focused) and asset classes (e.g. equity, fixed income, derivatives)
- Financial Modeling: Build, test and demonstrate new product concepts using spreadsheets and quantitative analysis
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, tax, legal, operations, investment management and other teams to validate new product ideas
- Strategic Insight: Identify, research and communicate findings and recommendations on new product frontiers and emerging areas for development

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
