Qualifications

• BS in relevant field with 3+ years or MS with 1+ years lab experience in immunology or cell biology.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture including primary and immortalized cell lines.
• Proficient in molecular and cell biology techniques like ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry.
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze results with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN); experience in TPD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative cell-based assays to support SAR and MOA studies for novel degraders.
• Conduct solution and plate-based assays to assess biomarker changes from primary human cells and animal models.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and communicate findings in team meetings.
• Review literature and conference proceedings to explore new technologies and assays for internal validation.
• Engage in exploratory efforts to validate emerging technologies.
