Full Job Description
  • Provide effective leadership, input, and direction to regional commercial team to develop and execute strategy to achieve business objectives (sales revenue, margin, SG&A, working capital, P&L, etc.).
  • Working in Partnership with PAM leader and cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders to maintain existing business and identify new revenue streams and support business case development and implementation. This includes Business Development, Fluidcare, R&D and Marketing.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy, defining the criteria for channel selection, channel conflict management and success metrics
  • Ensures appropriate and efficient direct sales resource allocation and geographic coverage in coordination with the regional segment leaders to achieve our targets in alignment with strategy plan
  • Promotes collaboration of sales teams and non-direct partners with technical and product management teams to support product portfolio strategies
  • Consolidates and monitors accurate regional commercial sales revenue forecasts - Supply chain
  • Collects market intelligence, customer feedback (VOC), competitor activities and Industry trends as required by the company
  • Implements and drive best practice in sales techniques throughout the department
  • Develops team in alignment with global development processes, ensuring that a talent pipeline exists within the function
  • Ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure CRM utilization and integrity as part of sales performance


Requirements:
  • Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area
