Full Job Description
We are seeking a new Senior Recruiting Partner located in our Clarksburg, MD Campus. This position is part of a high functioning HR team and reports to the Resourcing Manager. This position is well suited for a motivated self-starter with experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle sourcing and recruitment process for assigned roles including updating job posting, interviewing and making employment offers.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, pre-screen for skills and understand how the skills are used on the job.
  • Deliver pre-qualified passive and active candidates to hiring manager in a consistent professional manner.
  • Build relationships with a variety of diverse professional organizations and partner w/hiring managers in establishing networks.
  • Work with a strong motivated recruiting team to share strategies and come up with new recruiting ideas.
  • Partner closely with managers to understand hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Build strong networking pipelines and use advanced Boolean search techniques to source high-quality candidates in strategic markets.
  • Organize, coordinate, and represent the company at college recruiting fairs, ensuring strong engagement with students and effective promotion of career opportunities.

  • U.S. Citizenship required. - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • BS in business, HR or related degree/PHR or related certification preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 - 6 years resourcing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably SAP.
  • Active recruiter who goes out and finds passive candidates.
  • Proficient at determining assessment criteria for candidates and ensure that hiring team's objective input supports hiring decision.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing candidate's skills against job requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with candidate sourcing using advanced Boolean searches in tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • A self-motivated work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor to interact with a variety of positions and levels within Thales as well as candidates and external contacts.
  • Strong consultation, problem solving skills, analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and effectively multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Exercises solid judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and career fairs (travel percentage is 10%)

The annualized pay range for this role is $103,119.30 - $131,763.55 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5% The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
