Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own sales and marketing roles to join our team. You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You'll bring a solid existing network, and experience successfully filling difficult to hire positions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, ensuring that top candidates are identified, interviewed, and hired
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needs
  • Provide an unparalleled candidate experience
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the way
  • Track candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date records
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
  • Source and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there

The target range of base compensation for this role is $95,000 - $105,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
