  • Build strong, long-term relationships with your stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their organizations, priorities, and talent needs
  • Maintain a regular in-person presence in our Norwalk office, staying connected to the leaders, managers, and teams you support
  • Own searches end to end, from understanding the business need and developing the search strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer, and close
  • Lead thoughtful intake conversations and help hiring managers define what they need, sharpen profiles, and align on the right search strategy
  • Develop a strong understanding of the external talent landscape and bring leaders a point of view on talent availability, market dynamics, compensation, and competitive trends
  • Proactively identify talent and build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, particularly for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, challenging assumptions when needed and adjusting search strategies based on market feedback
  • Provide leaders with clear visibility into their hiring portfolio, including progress, pipeline health, market insights, risks, and recommended actions
  • Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, research, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness
  • Stay curious about new AI capabilities and identify opportunities to use technology to work smarter and improve how we recruit
  • Deliver a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience that represents Priceline well throughout the hiring process
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition and People & Culture on broader recruiting priorities and initiatives that improve how we attract and hire talent
  • Maintain accurate and timely information in our applicant tracking system and deliver against agreed-upon hiring goals

Who you are:
  • 6-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong in-house experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as Product, Finance, Marketing, and/or Legal, with a track record of finding and closing talent for specialized or competitive roles
  • A strong relationship builder who develops trusted partnerships with leaders and hiring managers and takes the time to deeply understand their business and talent needs
  • A consultative recruiter who brings a point of view, asks the right questions, challenges assumptions when appropriate, and translates business needs into effective recruiting strategies
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to meaningfully change how you recruit, whether through better talent research and sourcing, stronger market insights, more effective workflows, or improved recruiting outcomes
  • Curious about emerging AI capabilities and willing to experiment with new approaches, evaluate what works, and incorporate them into how you operate
  • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning multiple priorities while anticipating needs and adapting as the business evolves
  • A strong communicator who values being close to the business, builds relationships through regular in-person interaction, and brings sound judgment, integrity, and a candidate-first mindset
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust
