Summary:

You will shape how we attract and hire the talent that drives our next phase of growth. We are looking for a Recruiter to help scale our Go-To-Market organization. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders to attract and hire talent that directly impacts revenue.

About the role:

Proven success recruiting Go-To-Market and Sales Functions including demonstrated ability to hire across both sales and sales-adjacent functions that power (GTM) success, including Sales Operations, Marketing, Technology Enablement, Finance, Legal and other commercial support teams.
  • Trusted partner to Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, growth targets, and evolving GTM models.
  • Skilled in managing searches across a wide range of roles and seniority levels, delivering a hiring process that is consistent, equitable, and scalable.
  • Strong track record of translating workforce planning needs proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies grounded in market intelligence and business priorities.

Experience & Education:
  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years recruiting experience including a minimum of 3 years recruiting within a sales or corporate environment. Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.

The role is located at our downtown, buffalo location. Working in office 3 days per week and 2 days remote.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
