What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of functions, including leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical, and specialized roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and market research.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning, market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
Leadership Partnership
  • Collaborate with executives and department leaders to understand business objectives and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Influence hiring decisions by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, candidate assessments, and recruiting recommendations.
  • Facilitate effective interview processes and selection practices that result in high-quality hiring outcomes.
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting workflows, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Create and implement recruiting best practices that reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and enhance hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring performance and trends.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to modernize and elevate the recruitment function.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture, values, career opportunities, and employee experience.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives and increase awareness in key talent markets.
  • Develop recruiting campaigns and outreach strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent.
Talent Programs & Community Building
  • Support and expand employee referral programs, talent communities, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, industry conferences, and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional business leaders.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and talent identification strategies.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to influence hiring strategies.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations.
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Background in recruiting across multiple business functions, including sales, operations, corporate, and technical roles.
