Job Description

The Sr.Recruiter is responsible for fueling company growth by recruiting top industry talent and screening for technical and cultural fit. This individual will help CRB continue to build one of the most diverse and extraordinary interdisciplinary teams in the world. This role plays an integral part of developing and maintaining CRB's culture and staff. This position will work with hiring managers to fill company needs through screening and selecting qualified personnel amongst a wide pool of potential applicants and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support
  • Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish
  • Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines & requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs
