Job Duties

As our TA Recruiter, you will ensure the organization can effectively attract and secure the talent needed to support business growth and operational needs across the region. The position is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering high-quality hires.

You will bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments (with a demonstrated track record of direct candidate sourcing to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; which is defined as:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting preferred


  • Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive-candidate channels


  • Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and driving aligned recruiting strategies


Hiring requirements

  • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity standards across all recruiting activities


  • 3+ years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles


  • 2+ years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor


  • Proven experience using data, market insights, and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes


  • Operates as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring managers with credibility, consultative insight, and a focus on long-term talent pipeline development

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $93,400 - $122,640. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
