Full Job Description
Role Purpose:

As a Senior Recruiter at Brio, based in Dallas with an in-office presence 4 days a week, you'll be a strategic talent partner driving our mission to attract, engage, and hire exceptional people across the company. In this role you'll be responsible for creating outstanding candidate experience, shape hiring decisions, and elevate our employer brand. You'll champion equitable, inclusive, and values-driven hiring practices that reflect who we are. Collaborating closely with leaders and the People & Culture team, you'll design scalable, data-informed recruiting strategies that fuel both our business growth and vibrant culture.

What you will do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles locally while partnering closely with global recruiting teams to deliver high-quality hires that consistently meet or exceed hiring goals.
  • Partner with leaders to define success profiles, reshape talent evaluation, and empower confident, data-driven hiring decisions that elevate team performance.
  • Continuously refine and elevate our interviewing process by setting clear standards, implementing structured interviews, and building scalable, best-in-class evaluation frameworks globally.
  • Develop and nurture strong, forward-looking talent pipelines that reduce time-to-hire and prepare us for future talent needs.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience by designing a transparent, thoughtful, and consistent interview journey that reflects our values and strengthens our employer brand.
  • Embed equitable, bias-aware interviewing practices across the organization by driving consistency, enhancing interviewer skills, and ensuring accountability in hiring decisions.
  • Amplify our employer brand through authentic storytelling, proactive sourcing, and meaningful engagement with candidates and external partners.
  • Leverage recruiting and interview data to uncover insights, improve hiring outcomes, and evolve best practices across sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Drive recruiting efficiency and scalability by optimizing workflows, harnessing technology, and operationalizing interview best practices as we grow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture to align interviewing standards with broader talent and culture initiatives.


What you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring
  • Proven success hiring across diverse roles and seniority levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Demonstrated commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
