Full Job Description
Overtime is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our People Team! You'll own hiring across Overtime, with a focus on Content, Social Media, Sales, and Marketing.

What You'll Do:

Pipeline and Sourcing
  • Build and manage diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across all departments using job postings, social platforms, events, and direct outreach
  • Develop talent communities across social media where our audience lives, to engage directly with content creators and talent
  • Proactively source passive candidates and build relationships with talent that may be 6-12 months out from a move

Hiring Process & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Own end-to-end recruiting; from intake through offer close
  • Partner with hiring managers to build comprehensive hiring plans, facilitate decision-making and keep things moving without sacrificing quality

Candidate/New Hire Experience & Employer Brand
  • Treat every talent interaction as a brand moment
  • Shape how Overtime shows up as an employer externally
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to develop and implement 90-day onboarding strategies

Strategy & Analytics
  • Track and report on key pipeline metrics and use that data to improve how you hire
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools into your workflow to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with the People team on comp benchmarking,pay equity analysis and offer strategy

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record owning mid-to-senior level searches across multiple functions
  • Executive search experience a plus
  • Experienced with TeamWorks or other similar ATS
  • Excel at direct sourcing, including finding people who aren't looking
  • Fluent in internet culture, content creation, and the dynamics that shape our Gen Z audiences
  • Strong communicator who can build and reflect the Overtime culture, excite and attract strong candidates, and work across stakeholders
  • Exceptionally organized, never letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Operations-minded. You love building systems that run as efficiently as possible
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Comfortable operating independently; you set your own priorities and hold yourself accountable to outcomes


Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hybrid: This position has a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the NY office.

Overtime expects the salary range for this position to be around $130,000-$140,000, depending on experience. Additionally, Overtime offers health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and stock options.
