About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate - Senior Fiduciary Coordinator in Wells Fargo Trust as part of Wealth and Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at

In this role, you will:

    • Support the Real Estate Asset Managers in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
    • Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
    • Fulfill real estate related transactions, distributions and compliance documentation
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
    • Review risk management reports
    • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
    • Interact with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Wealth management experience, preferred custom banking knowledge and client services
  • Experience supporting and maintaining wealth credit portfolio management accounts
  • Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information
  • Experience handling complex transactions on multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail skills
  • Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
  • Ability to process complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Knowledge CATools (Credit Analysis Tool), AFS, and Hogan
  • Tableau experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
