Description

Location: This position is required to be on-site, M-F, 5090 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00.

Type: Salary (Exempt)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales quoting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements and our internal sales, engineering, and estimating teams. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, estimators, engineering, and executive team to facilitate successful sales operations. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, or a similar role, preferably in the power solutions or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and quoting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
