Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer. This role will take place at our growing facility in Greenwood, SC.
In the Senior Quality Engineer role you will drive the implementation of the Eaton Lean Six Sigma program and the Eaton Quality System program to improve productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and meet mandated Eaton Business System (EBS) goals. You will provide professional engineering support, technical guidance and manage project responsibilities for the documentation/execution of major projects within the manufacturing and engineering functions. You will provide support customers as well as travel to customer locations (10% annually).
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:- Provide quality assurance support to our customers.
- Develop and monitor manufacturing quality procedures, standards, training activities, and communication programs.
- Perform the necessary audits of the plants' operations to evaluate opportunities for implementation of various Eaton Lean System and Eaton Quality Management System improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate problems and activities to assess and improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Utilize Eaton lean and quality tools to drive cost reduction and improve working capital performance.
- Support other key plant processes and provide cross-functional support as directed.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in product design projects, manufacturing engineering experience, or manufacturing supervision.
- CQE certification
- At least 1 year of experience working with medium voltage switchgear.
