Full Job Description
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of advanced automated testing tools and strategies to ensure the quality of software and hardware solutions. You will design and execute comprehensive test procedures, validate system requirements, and enhance automated test architectures with a strong emphasis on automation scripting, AI integration, and accessibility compliance.

The Work:
You will develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts, as well as write and run detailed system test cases. Your role includes analyzing test results, producing clear progress reports, and serving as a subject matter specialist for complex applications in a client-facing environment. You will drive AI adoption within testing workflows and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, analyze user needs, and determine optimal tools. Participation in all phases of risk management and support of software/hardware development initiatives is integral to this role. Experience with automation frameworks, AI-driven testing solutions, accessibility tools, and risk management processes will help you excel.
