How you'll make an impact in this role- Support Clinical and Nursing System, Market and Hospital leadership related to clinical priority goals, system initiatives and process improvement projects - Serve as a key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data
- Lead projects related to the compilation, development and implementation of data visualization tools including but not limited to: Tableau - Tailor visuals for varying audiences: make complex information clear, engaging, and actionable
- Partner with ADSI and other data teams in defining and developing process and outcome measures
- Compile analytical and statistical reports - Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of presentation visualizations and communications
- Self-directed project management skills based on stakeholder partnerships - Lead and participate in the roll out of high priority quality & safety data projects
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Experience with project management or process improvement
- Clinical and leadership background/degree
- Experience with and/or knowledge of capabilities of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred
