Full Job Description
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Quality Consultant position based out of Greer, SC.

Overall Purpose

Assisting in consulting to ensure high-level customer service and problem solving with the supplier and customer in cases of customer dissatisfaction, process issues, change of scope or delivery, performance issues, Quality Management Systems.

May Report to

TRIGO Quality Solutions Director of Operational Excellence for North America

Responsibilities

Client relationship & Business development
  • Interface with TRIGO staff and customer contacts related to project
  • Visit customer, supplier and TRIGO sites as required
  • Perform other activities related to the scope of work agreed upon with the customer

Operations
  • Perform a process or QMS audit to determine areas of discrepancy in systems or processes

Organization & Management
  • Assist in developing systemic action plans for all items found
  • Assist in implementing action plans where appropriate
  • Document customer performance metrics and complaint history
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Verify/determine effectiveness of all actions taken

Technical
  • Review QMS system to ensure it meets the requirements of the customer.

Other
  • Any other duties as assigned
