We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead - .NET & Genesys Integration Testing - US Remote Position

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to lead end-to-end testing efforts for integrations between .NET-based applications and the Genesys platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration testing, API testing, contact center technologies, test automation, and defect management across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Define and execute test strategies for integrations between .NET applications and Genesys Cloud/Genesys contact center solutions.
  • Validate APIs, workflows, event-driven interactions, and data exchanges across systems.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
  • Coordinate testing activities across business, development, and infrastructure teams.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Support test automation initiatives and CI/CD integration.
  • Validate voice, routing, agent desktop, and customer interaction workflows within Genesys.
  • Ensure quality standards and release readiness are achieved before production deployment.


Required Skills
  • 8+ years of QA and software testing experience.
  • 3+ years leading testing teams or large testing initiatives.
  • Experience testing .NET applications, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $117,600.00 to $196,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
