• QA Analyst

• Our Digital Analytics QA team require support testing analytics requirements in marketing related projects. This includes test case design, functional testing, triaging, supporting Develops in defect solutioning, and working with the analytics team to support KPIs.

Senior Analyst, Analytics QA is responsible for contributing to projects that impact the business through in-depth quality assurance, proactive thinking, stakeholder communication, thorough documentation, and advice on moderately complex business information. The role applies subject matter expertise to consult with the business on process improvements, leading the technical QA to deliver high quality processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with The Bank'ssrequirements standards, work practices, processes, security standards and policies. The Senior Analyst, Analytics QA uses independent judgement to provide guidance to project teams, applying a comprehensive, conceptual and practical understanding of the area of specialization to a wide range of business and technical situations while analyzing business performance.

The role participates project and program level requirement checks for accuracy to ensure all digital analytics requirements are present and accurate to ensure no reporting gaps. In additional to the QA support provided to projects, the role also analyzes digital features in production to ensure nothing is broken or out of place.

Must-Have Skills

Experience in Quality Assurance (manual and automation testing)

Test case creation and execution

Defect management and backlog prioritization

Production support and issue resolution

Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Experience with HP ALM or similar QA tools

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint

Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related field

ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Familiarity with ObservePoint, Vault.js

Working knowledge of Adobe Launch and JavaScript fundamentals

Experience with digital tag management tools

Domain Knowledge

Understanding of financial markets (Stocks, Options, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds)

Knowledge of digital banking products and digital payment methods

Experience with web traffic implementations and behavioral analytics
