Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
  • Apply CPM and Rolling Wave Planning to monitor schedule performance.
  • Resource and cost-load schedules for forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews of contractor baselines and submissions.
  • Identify schedule misalignments and recommend corrective actions against IMS.
  • Oversee schedule governance and standard processes, including change control.
  • Produce executive-level reports and lookahead plans for stakeholders.

Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Scheduler to join our team at K&A in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. Role Expectations: • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. • Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor and control schedule performance. • Resource and cost-load schedules to support forecasting, performance measurement, and KPI tracking. • Perform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals, providing formal feedback and risk assessments. • Compare contractor schedules against IMS to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions. • Lead schedule governance: processes, best practices, change control, communication plans, and contractor requirements. • Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans. What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 8+ years scheduling experience, including 6+ years on large utility projects.
