General Notes
This is a grant-funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship. Ability to work remotely within the state of Texas.
Purpose
This position will serve as a senior project manager for a state initiative to provide early childhood mental health consultation to child care organizations within counties impacted by natural disasters and to continue to strengthen the early childhood mental health consultation workforce.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, public health, or related health and human service field with at least 5 years experience in project management. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Values the contributions of others in the work environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in social work, psychology, public health, or related health and human service field with at least 5 or more years of experience in early childhood systems. Experience in infant and early childhood consultation and technical assistance. Excellent research, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. Experience in state policy or program development.
Salary RangeWorking Conditions

M-F, Flexible between 8am-6pm
