Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years' industry experience
• Expert knowledge in systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Excellent communication abilities across all levels
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects
• Strong public speaking skills
• Proficient in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams for large or multiple smaller projects
• Develop client relationships by providing regular project updates
• Collaborate with management to craft and execute project strategies
• Oversee budget reports, cost forecasts, and project change orders
• Coordinate project meetings with internal departments to resolve issues
• Align project scope and direction with stakeholders to ensure timeliness
• Delegate tasks and mentor team members, providing feedback and coaching
