Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Expert knowledge in systems design (e.g., HVAC, plumbing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Strong public speaking and proposal presentation skills
• Proficient in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools like Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships through project updates and status reporting
• Collaborate with management to create and execute project strategies
• Manage budget reports, forecasts, and change orders for the project
• Engage in project meetings to address scheduling and issues
• Work with stakeholders to keep project scope and timeline on track
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members
• Provide coaching and performance feedback as needed
