What is the opportunity?

As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Senior Manager Project Management will play a key role in leading risk-based initiatives that are transformational, innovative and regulatory in nature. They will be responsible for delivering large, multi-year, complex projects towards targeted outcomes that deliver business value.

At the conclusion of each assignment, the role will remain aligned within the GRM TMO as part of a TMO pool with subsequent project/program assignments to follow.

What will you do?
  • Providing technical and analytical support to project team members. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
  • Scheduling and organizing project meetings; participating in project tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinating and reporting on the progress made on projects and accomplishments made with clients.
  • Participating in developing each phase of the project management process including developing project plans, justifications, roles, responsibilities and reporting procedures.


What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience supporting projects for large programs with high visibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Jira & Confluence, Planview & Lean Kit
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience


Nice-to-Have:
  • Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Business/Finance
  • PMP
  • Certification in at least one Agile designation (CSM, CSPO, RBC SAFe)
