Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and enterprise SaaS implementations for Radancy customers. This role will manage implementations across the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, including Career Sites, CRM, Events, and Screening & Scheduling, from discovery and planning through configuration, integration, testing and launch.

Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams including Product, Product Engineering, Solutions Architecture, UX, Content and QA, the Senior Project Manager will provide strong leadership across multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, involving complex digital platforms, integrations and multiple stakeholders. They will bring strong project management discipline, excellent customer-facing communication and the ability to navigate technical complexity and changing priorities.

What does a great Senior Project Manager do?

Project Ownership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end implementations across the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, including Career Sites, CRM, Events, and Screening & Scheduling.
  • Manage multiple complex enterprise projects and workstreams, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Lead projects through discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, QA, UAT and launch.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, estimates, SOWs, timelines and RAID logs.
  • Establish clear project governance, ownership and accountability across internal and customer teams.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies that could impact delivery.
  • Ensure projects are successfully launched and transitioned into ongoing support.

Digital & Technical Delivery

  • Partner with Product, Product Engineering, Solutions Architecture, UX, QA and Content to deliver complex digital and SaaS implementations.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise HR and talent technology ecosystems, including ATS, HRIS, APIs, data feeds and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure requirements and technical dependencies are understood, documented and translated into clear delivery plans.
  • Lead customers and project teams through technical discovery, testing, UAT, defect resolution and launch readiness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Radancy's platform and products to confidently manage implementation discussions and dependencies.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior point of contact for customers throughout implementation, building strong relationships with project sponsors, technical stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and decisions clearly and proactively.
  • Lead customer status meetings, workshops and implementation reviews.
  • Manage challenging conversations around scope, priorities, timelines and change while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Risk, Quality & Optimization

  • Identify project risks early and establish clear mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, accessibility, usability and web standards.
  • Manage project budgets, scope and timelines, taking corrective action where required.
  • Manage scope changes through appropriate change-control processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Support and mentor other Project Managers where appropriate.
