You will be part of Infineon's PSS PCS Business segment and lead product development projects with significant complexity and noticeable impact to the business success of the organization. You will work with diverse,cross functional and international project teams as well as with all levels of management up to senior executive level.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead complex semiconductor product-development projects with significant business impact.
- Manage cross-functional and global teams spanning engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and manufacturing.
- Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate project status up to senior executive leadership.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and mitigation actions.
- Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and budget targets.
- Lead problem-solving and escalation management during project challenges.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field.
- PMP or IPMA project management certification (required).
- 7-10+ years of industry experience, with several years leading projects and project teams.
- Strong semiconductor domain knowledge and technical understanding.
- Knowledge in power semiconductors
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.
