As a Project Manager - Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), you will lead complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects, guiding teams and clients through the environmental assessment and permitting process with clarity, integrity, and impact. Supported by WSP's deep technical bench and national network, you'll deliver projects that balance development, environmental stewardship, and community outcomes.

  • Lead Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) projects for mining developments from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and risk while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, including environmental, social, and permitting specialists.
  • Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships through clear, ethical, and proactive communication.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
