Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with project and engagement management in a consulting environment within the cyber-security or IT consulting industry.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience leading multiple projects from project kickoff, to detailed project plans development, reporting and post mortem.
- Experience communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience managing and analyzing metrics and financials in a consulting or technical environment.
- Experience working with advanced features in spreadsheets, such as pivot tables and formulas.
- Understanding of project management concepts, especially the coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
About the jobAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Mandiant Consulting organization. You will help us drive exceptional project delivery, create valued and trusted partnerships and support streamlined project delivery for growth and scalability. You will be a flexible program manager and a master planner who can balance management of multiple projects from end-to-end including but not limited to planning, scoping, execution, and project communications.
In this role, you will require sound judgment under pressure, an organizational background, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. You will coordinate between clients and stakeholders, setting expectations for deliverables across teams, identify key roadblocks and work with the team members involved to keep projects moving.
The Project Manager will establish rapport internally and externally, as they agree effectively with others to meet objectives.
The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 166,000-170,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, driving planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials by monitoring costs, analyzing metrics, and mitigating risks through an understanding of financial definitions and documentation.
- Apply project management best practices to optimize workflows and account for process impacts for regional and functional owners.
- Leverage advanced project management tools to analyze data, resolve issues, and provide clear status reporting and data-driven solutions.
- Maintain detailed working knowledge of contractual documentation to secure project objectives and lead cross-functional outcomes with limited guidance.
