Position Purpose:The Senior Project Manager provides enterprise project leadership for complex, multi-year initiatives that advance organizational strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role leads and manages diverse internal and external stakeholders-including executive sponsors, business leaders, enabling functions, and delivery partners-by proactively managing relationships, expectations, and interdependencies to achieve alignment, accountability, and successful change adoption. The position applies disciplined delivery and governance practices to integrate strategy, operations, change management, and enabling capabilities, ensuring transparency, risk management, and sustained benefits realization across the organization.
What You Will Do: - Lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and interdependencies, ensuring effective coordination across business and technology teams.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, including reporting frameworks, status tracking, and executive updates.
- Monitor project performance, conduct health reviews, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and business leads on delivery approaches, sequencing, and risk trade-offs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business delivery teams and external partners.
Who We Are Looking For: - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent designation required.
- Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-level business transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale initiatives with significant risk and complexity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and governance bodies.
- Experience working with external vendors and managed service providers.
- Organizational change management experience is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of
$118,500 to $
143,400 (
P5 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate.
