Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:

VML Health is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to effectively manage a variety of internal stakeholders across multiple departments in their effort to deliver on our clients' needs and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will help client stakeholders and agency team communicate effectively throughout each stage of a project.

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for medium and complex project execution.
  • Facilitate understanding of clients' environment to properly set up project teams, identify needed documentation, and setup status reporting.
  • Articulate project objectives to team members.
  • Manage scope for projects and write change orders as needed.
  • Identify resourcing needs and work with Resource Management to secure team members.
  • Deliver marketing tactics that exceed expectations.
  • Act as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps.
  • Schedule and runs meetings with internal team members.
  • Provide necessary external status reporting to clients as needed.
  • Catalog and maintain all project documentation and deliverables.
  • Define and clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows, including becoming experts in any client-specific processes, related to the legal/medical/regulatory reviews or similar.
  • Coordinate and/or author points of view as required by a project.
  • Support the team in scoping new engagements.

Who You Are and What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects; Health client experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; creates clarity where there is ambiguity/confusion.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to ask questions and ability to follow up.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
