As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead GTA projects from planning through launch, then move to the next once each one wraps guiding major progress on projects across our GTA Transformation.
What you'll Do- Lead projects end to end - define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget.
- Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving.
- Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly.
- Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place.
- Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes.
What you need to succeed- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of global/enterprise project or program management experience; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus
- A strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time, with little oversight.
- Skill in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- A data-informed approach, and the ability to make progress clear to any audience, including executives.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a steady hand when priorities shift.
- Preferred qualifications: experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR programs; familiarity with structured interviewing or interview-intelligence tools such as BrightHire; experience in change management and/or design thinking.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 -- $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
