Senior Project Manager / EstimatorFargo, ND | Border States PavingThis is a key leadership role for a proven heavy civil/asphalt professional who can estimate work accurately, win projects, and lead them through safe, profitable execution.
What You'll Do- Estimate heavy civil, asphalt paving, grading, and sitework projects
- Lead projects from bid through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, production, costs, and change orders
- Work closely with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Support and mentor superintendents, foremen, and project staff
- Help improve estimating, planning, cost control, and project performance
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
What We're Looking For- 7-10+ years of experience in heavy civil, asphalt, grading, sitework, estimating, or project management
- Strong estimating and project management experience
- Heavy highway/DOT experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
