Full Job Description

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing complex enterprise wide projects and initiatives across the organization.  Requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of enterprise projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborates with other project management teams across Insperity Business units and external vendors/partners.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, and tracks progress against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks, issues, and develops contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
  • Tracks resources allocated to the project, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying resource constraints.
  • Create and manages project documents including but not limited to RAID/Issues Logs, Status Reports, and Project Governance structure.
  • Monitors and reports on project performance, including KPIs, metrics, and provides regular updates to program leadership.
  • Creates and manages project tools, documents, and file structure, security/access and governing processes for all relevant project tools. Builds inclusive and collaborative relationships with teams and peers across organization to solve complex problems and achieve common goals.
  • Provides guidance on project management best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or related field required.
  • Ten or more years of project management, change management, or program management is experience is required. 

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is Required.
  • Aptitude to accept complex assignments, analyze problems, and generate effective solutions.  Ability to apply a systematic method to problem solving, analyze data, and recommend strategies that support positive business results.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations.
  • Skills in the areas of project and change management, persuasion, influence, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • Success and experience in execution and deployment of business strategies, including the management and measurement of deliverables.
  • Customer service experience in a team environment.  Ability to communicate with all parties involved by using different media including Presentations, Email and Video Conference.
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and concisely, orally, and in writing, at a level necessary for satisfactory job performance; establish working relationships and interact effectively with a wide range of people; work independently with limited direction; and maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, relevant project management  tools and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to develop and lead projects to a cross-functional team environment.
