About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Operations Senior Project Manager to join our fast-paced software company.

In this role, you'll be a critical partner to our product and go-to-market teams, driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

You will own and optimize cross-functional processes, coordinate product launch activities, and help scale our delivery operations as we grow

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, enablement teams, pricing, billing, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with stakeholders and customers
  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of product launch, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status communication methods.
  • Support product management teams with tools, reporting, data, and frameworks to improve product planning, prioritization, and delivery
  • Develop and manage operational processes that improve team efficiency and collaboration
  • Champion best practices in documentation, product communications, and feedback loops


Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and working with product and GTM teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to distill large quantities of information into concise and effective presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Exceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Self-motivated and committed to professional excellence in all aspects of work
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes


Technical & domain exposure

Background in SaaS, CX, AI, or contact center technologies preferred

Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, sharepoint, salesforce, MS Office Suite, ,etc.)

Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and automation tools is highly valued
