JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Director of PMO, the Senior Project Manager oversees high-priority projects from design handoff through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment across all stakeholders, including end users, distributors, and vendors. This role requires significant resource coordination and integration across functional teams.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with
strong IT project management experience, more specifically
(a) construction buildouts or relocations, (b) MSP client onboardings, (c) Microsoft cloud projects. The ideal candidate is also adept in conflict resolution and problem-solving within fast-paced environments. You're solution-oriented, self-driven, and thrive on continuous learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead large projects or program-level services from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, deliverables, activity sequences, and work estimates, developing a comprehensive project schedule.
- Align with stakeholders to prioritize objectives and establish acceptance criteria, managing expectations throughout.
- Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Actively monitor dependencies and risks, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
- Lead and support team members, promoting adherence to process and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with project resources, internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors on project status
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years in IT services, MSP.
- 6+ years as a Project Manager or Program Manager in IT.
- Familiarity with construction projects and experience adjusting IT project plans to align with building schedules.
- Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN, VoIP, MDM, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Mac/PC support, and cloud solutions.
- Experienced with ConnectWise or similar systems.
- A project management-related certification or degree is strongly preferred.
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE- This is a hybrid position requiring travel as needed to client sites within the 5 boroughs of New York City and to our Brooklyn office.
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST.
COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
