Core Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled effectively.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare and review project documentation including bids, contracts, and permit applications.
Qualifications- 5-10+ years of steady experience leading commercial construction projects: Office, Education, Healthcare, Industrial
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - ideal
- Strong skills in project scheduling, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effectively managing client relationships.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
