Job Description:

BP America Prod Co (EP) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects within our renewable energy portfolio, ensuring successful delivery from design to commissioning while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects using Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Develop and oversee project execution plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Drive the design development and delivery process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Implement robust Project and Construction Safety protocols, ensuring adherence to Project HSSE standards.
  • Oversee Project Commissioning activities, guaranteeing successful handover and operational readiness.
  • Conduct comprehensive Requirements Management, translating business needs into actionable project deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships through effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Lead Sourcing Management and Supplier Relationship Management activities, ensuring optimal value and performance from third-party vendors.
  • Apply various project management Frameworks and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve project-related conflicts through effective Conflict Management strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Senior Project Management roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Expertise in Agile Project Management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in Construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of Design development and deliver processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of various project management Frameworks and methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Project and construction safety and Project HSSE standards.
  • Extensive experience with Project Commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in Project execution planning.
  • Demonstrable experience in Renewable Energy projects.
  • Skilled in Requirements Management.
  • Expertise in managing Schedule and resources effectively.
  • Proven capabilities in Sourcing Management and Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management and Conflict Management abilities.


How much do we pay (Base)? $147,000 - $195,000

*Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 - 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
