Apogee Global RMS is seeking an experienced
Project Manager with a strong background managing projects within law firms or legal environments, coupled with hands-on CRM implementation, migration, or optimization experience.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of delivering complex business and technology initiatives, and an active PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage CRM-related initiatives, including implementation, enhancements, integrations, data migration, and user adoption.
- Partner with attorneys, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Drive change management and user adoption efforts for CRM and related business systems.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Prior experience working within a law firm, legal services organization, or legal operations environment.
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, InterAction, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Proven success managing CRM implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with legal CRM platforms and client relationship management systems.
- Experience leading digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with legal operations, client intake processes, and matter management workflows.
