Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division. The IC2&IS Division provides full-spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The Division operates under the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) model and provides integrated product development, technical project management, and operational support across diverse project and organizational levels.

In this role, you will serve as the lead for a project management team performing full life cycle project management activities from initiation through delivery. You will interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government client organizations to coordinate project processes, support both traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities, develop detailed project reporting, and provide continuous analysis and complex problem-solving support. You will also help manage and rebalance project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead for the project management team performing full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government client organizations to coordinate and complete project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Support both traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and project coordination requirements.
  • Produce detailed project reports for use by project teams and management.
  • Tailor standard project management tools to support project reporting, continuous analysis, and complex problem solving.
  • Perform continuous analysis of assigned projects and apply complex problem-solving skills to address project requirements and challenges.
  • Rebalance project requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Provide project management leadership and coordination across diverse projects and organizational levels.
  • Support project requirements from initial definition through delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities, information, and communication among Government stakeholders and project team members.
  • Monitor project activities and processes to support effective execution and completion of project requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members in support of project objectives and deliverables.

This position requires onsite work. Only candidates who live within a commutable distance (50 miles) of the work location will be considered.
Required Qualifications
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Master's degree in any discipline plus at least 10 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree plus 4 additional years of related experience may be substituted for the Master's degree. No further substitution is allowed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project management activities across the full project life cycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Ability to effectively interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs), Government clients, and project team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Experience supporting traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project reports for project teams and management.
  • Ability to tailor standard project management tools to support project reporting and continuous analysis.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate project activities and requirements and identify appropriate courses of action.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and rebalance project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ability to provide leadership, coordination, and guidance to project teams in support of successful project execution.
