Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator based in Seattle, WA. The Senior Project Coordinator will support the project team in daily management, coordination and successful completion of construction projects. He or she will function as a project team member, have an understanding of the scope of the project and participants, and coordinate with both internal and external project teams. A Senior Project Coordinator is capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure that participants are prepared with requested deliverables.
  • Record notes of these meetings and document action items.
  • Track and communicate progress and task lists of various process owners; proactively identify and escalate issues that would present a risk to on-time project delivery.
  • Assist in reviewing change orders.
  • Assist in close out process at the conclusion of a project.
  • Support project document control activities.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project tasks as required.

The salary range for this full-time role is $78,200.00-$104,266.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
